Halo ASEAN Buddies...

After a movie date a few days ago, my friend found this unique cafe on social media. Since it was close to the cinema, we decided to go there to spend the rest of our day. So after a long journey using google maps, we finally found this cafe with a museum. But I don't want to discuss the museum cafe this time. I will discuss that another time. This time I just want to talk about the signature menu they provide there, which is Matcha.

Yup, this cafe sells all about Matcha. Very interesting, isn't it?

To be honest, I’m not that over heels about Matcha, but for variety I sometimes order it. So, that day I was avoiding coffee so it was time to go with Matcha.

In this cafe, Matcha has several levels. Bitter, not bitter, and sweet levels. So it is distinguished based on Mild, Medium, and Strong. The barista explained very well about the levels of Matcha. After that, I ordered Matcha with a Medium level.

And this is my Matcha no 75.

What differentiates Matcha no 75 from Matcha no 90 that my friend ordered is the foam and matcha powder on top. Matcha no 90 that my friend ordered also has a medium level. We tasted each other and I stuck to my order, Matcha no 75 is very delicious. Yes, when the first taste will cause a strange taste, then when the second taste and so on you will be made comfortable by the taste that is not sweet but also not bitter. I like this balance.

To complete our curiosity, we ordered this Matcha Cake. It was truly a perfect combination to refresh that hot day.

I really like all about that café. The vibe, food, matcha, and all sides of the café are perfect. I enjoy chit and chat with my friend. I definitely will come again when I have a long day free.

Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!
See you on the next post...
