Apart from cooking, one of the things I always enjoy is going out to eat although I am never sure what kind of food, I am always thinking about pizza or hamburger because they are my favorites but this time we ended up eating at a place where they sell Arabic food, like shawarma and falafel, which by the way I had not eaten for many years.
The site is located in San Francisco, in the Urbanización la Coromoto, it is an outdoor space, with some tables arranged for diners, in a cart they make the preparations, you can also smell the smell of the meat which is cooking inside a rod.
My companion had not tried either of the two, so the owner gave us a complimentary falafel for each of us while we were choosing what we were going to eat from the menu so I could know its flavor and decide what to eat, we chose a service of three mixed meat and chicken shawarmas plus a falafel, in addition to that a soft drink to accompany.
The food was on the table in less than 15 minutes, the falafel was delicious and the harmony of its spices was perfectly felt and it was noticeable in every bite and was accompanied with a garlic sauce and vegetables such as tomato and lettuce, on the other hand the meat and chicken of the chawarma was quite juicy, the vegetables were quite fresh and the room gave an extra level of flavor, I ate only one but it was enough to satisfy my appetite.
This experience took me back to a memory of my childhood, when I used to eat falafel with an aunt who is now out of the country, which made me miss her but at the same time happy to feel the same taste again and without equal.

¡Hola amigos amantes del buen comer! Tengan todos un riquísimo martes y que este lleno de deliciosa comida para todos.
Aparte de cocinar, una de las cosas que siempre disfruto es salir a comer aunque nunca tengo claro que tipo de comida, siempre estoy pensado en pizza o hamburguesa por ser mis favoritos pero en ésta oportunidad terminamos comiendo en un sitio donde venden comida árabe, como shawarma y faláfel, que por cierto tenía muchos años sin comer.
El sitio se encuentra en San Francisco, en la Urbanización la Coromoto, es un espacio al aire libre, con algunas mesas dispuestas para los comensales, en un carrito hacen las preparaciones, puede sentirse además el olor de la carne qué se encuentra cocinando dentro de una vara.
Mi acompañante no había probado ninguna de las dos, así que el dueño nos dió de cortesía un faláfel para cada uno mientras estábamos eligiendo qué íbamos a comer del menú para que pudiese conocer su sabor y así decidir que comer, elegimos un servicio de tres shawarmas mixtos de carne y pollo además de uno de faláfel, adicional a eso una bebida gaseosa para acompañar.
La comida en menos de 15 minutos estaba en la mesa, el faláfel estaba riquísimo y se sentía perfectamente la armonía en sus especies y se hacía notar en cada bocado e iba acompañado con una salsa de ajo y vegetales como tomate y lechuga, por otra parte la carne y pollo del chawarma estaba bastante jugoso, los vegetales bastante frescos y la sala le daba un nivel extra de sabor, comí uno solo pero fue suficiente para saciar mi apetito.
Esta experiencia me llevó hasta un recuerdo de mi infancia, cuando iba a comer faláfel con una tía que ahora mismo se encuentra fuera del país lo que me hizó extrañarla pero al mismo tiempo contenta de volver a sentir el mismo sabor y sin igual.
