There are areas of the city where it is convenient to stop and observe, the good taste in design, everything is made in such a way that it is undeniable in amazing, on the other hand, there are areas where it is worth sitting and thinking, it is not the attractiveness of the place, but the stories behind each wall worn by time and saltpeter. I always carry a book of stories of Havana with me in my backpack, because I feel that I would be missing a lot of the essence of the place by not knowing its history and I could not forgive myself for that. Today I bring you images of these places that, as a symbol of resistance, refuse to disappear.

Hay zonas de la ciudad donde es conveniente detenerse a observar, el buen gusto en el diseño, todo está hecho de tal manera que en innegable el asombroso, en cambio, hay zonas donde vale la pena sentarse y pensar, no es lo atractivo del lugar, sino las historias que hay detrás de cada pared desgastada por el tiempo y el salitre. Siempre llevo un libro de historias de La Habana conmigo en la mochila, porque siento que me estaría perdiendo muchísimo de la esencia del lugar por no conocer su historia y eso no me lo podría perdonar. Hoy les traigo imágenes de estos lugares que, como símbolo de resistencia, se niegan a desaparecer.

It was a surprise to find this fully functional 1929 Ford car. Mostly, this type of car, its owners use it as a cab for tourism, but this one is only for personal use, according to its owner.
Fue una sorpresa encontrar este auto Ford de 1929, y completamente funcional. Mayormente, este tipo de autos, sus dueños lo utilizan de taxi para el turismo, pero este es solo para uso personal, según me contó su propietario.
