When it comes to situations of creating or discovery a cure for a deadly or serious disease or illness, I have no much knowledge on how it goes but I wasn't surprised when I saw in the prompt that it's possible to have a just one person who is capable to help provide a cure for an illness. It's a very rare thing to happen though.

In a movie about a deadly disease that infects people and they start acting like zombies looking for the next person to infect by sucking their blood, a lady among them couldn't get infected because she had a strong resistance to the virus. She was easily discovered because she lived an estate the virus broke out, only she uninfected.

While I didn't understand a few things about the movie, one thing was very clear, she was the cure and after no conviction that she is needed for the world and a lot of paper works, she accepted to be the antidote for the deadly disease to be eradicated from mankind. Over time, they discovered more persons who had the antidotes.

The experiment carried out on her to get the antidote wasn't very complicated but it required her being more careful with her health so she could stay in shape until they had enough antidote to go round while they find a way to stop the spread and end the disease for good. It was quite scary to me but ended up encouraging me.

I mean, regarding this prompt, I think I could make the sacrifice if I was in her shoes too. Being the only cure, the only way to save mankind is a huge responsibility and I'm also reminded of Christ's love sacrifice that remains unmatched. Cancer is no joke, a deadly disease that if I had the power, I would not think twice to eradicate it.

Recently, a neighbor where I am, lost his mother to a kind of cancer. It's really sad when we hear or see it closely that people who could have been saved but died because of cancer. I can't remember how long I've been hearing of this deadly disease taking lives, there have been no cure yet. Finding a cure is a huge relief first of all.

Being the cure to this deadly health situation in the world is a huge responsibility and also a great way to make a sacrifice that will definitely end in praises and great reward. Even if the world doesn't appreciate it, I believe it is one that God will recognise and bless. It's already a commandment from God that we love ourselves.

So yeah, I will do it for the world if I am the cure but a lot of things have to be put in place especially, written and publicized agreements to make sure the cure is made available to every person who needs and even made affordable too. Another agreement is that, my life should be prioritised to keep safe all through the process.

A lot of experiments like this have gone wrong in the past and people end up losing their lives without saving the world as they had planned when they agreed. It will be too bad if that happens but I still think I would be more at peace to go for the tests or experiments, believe in God for the cure that the world needs to fight cancer.
