Welcome to another installment of Hive Gaming Curation.
With these reports, we provide transparency of the curated content in collaboration with @ocd and at the same time highlight the content we liked the most in our community. The rewards are used for the curators, moderators, and various other activities related to the Hive Gaming Community.
@dnagameroficial shared a new game with the community, Dead Island Retro Revenge, a side-scrolling beat 'em up game. In the game our hero's cat got stolen during a zombie apocalypse and we have to fight and clear many levels to rescue it. The post talks about the retro gameplay elements, how it brings back some good old memories when these games were popular. You can watch the gameplay via the embedded video in the post.
@seryi13 talked about his experience of playing 'Rift of the NecroDancer'. He was expecting a slightly simpler paced game but the game surprised him right from the start. He talked about various unique mechanics of this game. They talked about the story but couldn't get all the things those characters were talking about, not playing the other games in the titles seems to be the cause. You can read more about the game modes and music in the post.
@trave160 reviewed Doom: The Dark Ages. He talked about the difficulty options in the post and chose the Ultra-Violence. The post briefly touched upon the story and the settings of this new game. Combat seems to be similar to Doom: Eternal. They also talked about the open world design principles of the game. What are your views about the game? Let us know in the comments below.
