Hey All,
In my last post we saw How to MIGRATE COTI tokens to COTI V2 Network Part1.. and now this post has more to do with migration of COTI V2 tokens to Ethereum Network. And for this we have the COTI Bridge that bridges your token across network seamlessly. You can check my first post where I got my native COTI tokens swapped for COTI V2 and the next step was to bridge those COTI V2 tokens to ETH network if I want to have them staked to the new Coti Treasury
Once you connect your ETH wallet via the Metamask we get the above screen. I selected the destination network has Ethereum as I wanted to bridge the COTI V2 tokens. Next you select the amount of tokens to be migrated. Right now there is a daily limit of 25K tokens per wallet so please make a note of it. Else I guess the transaction will fail incase you try to bridge tokens greater than 25K.
Once set the limit you will need to confirm the same on your Metamask wallet and at the same time ensure you have sufficient #coti tokens in wallet left to pay for the gas fees which is very minimal. As soon as the transaction is confirmed it will take some time for the COTI tokens to arrive on the Ethereum Network. And here is the snapshot that I have taken from my new coti treasury manage deposit page showcasing the balance of my erc20 COTI that is now available to me for staking in new treasury.
Yes all of the COTI bridged was added to the treasury and right now I have close to 47K COTI and gCOTI staked that is getting me an APR of above 26%. The APR can cross 30% if I stake for an year or so but at the moment I have not decided to lock my stake and it remains unlocked. I am fine with loosing some percentage here and there so as to take advantage if there is a spike in COTI price. I guess this post should be it for todays post on - "COTI - How to Bridge COTI V2 tokens to Ethereum Network Part2.."
