My pleasant and full of thanksgiving to all my fellow Hive friends, and I am happy always to be back here. It has been a few days since the last blog post that I have shared here in the community.
I am glad to always received support from all of you guys, and I really appreciate all of it. I really thank you all, most especially to the Admins, my fellow Co-Hivers and also the all Curators who always share and show their support on me.
I am happy to share with all of you here in the community, a moment I have with my fellow Pastor, which we have gathered with a purpose. We have held a prayer and fasting event, in preparation for our feeding mission the next day. I am very blessed to share the happenings of our gathering for the Lord.
I have already shared that we have monthly feeding mission for the Kids and it will be happening again tomorrow but, it is also our way of preparation before the said mission, to held a prayer and fasting.
It is a great way for us to be ready not in physical aspect only but much more on spiritual aspect. It was to be held just before our scheduled feeding mission.
Our praying and fasting event is scheduled to start by around 9:00 in the morning, but unfortunately I didn't arrived in the Church where the event is held for some important reasons.
Before I have went to the Church which is a bit far from my house, the teacher of my nephew, our Baby King2x just message me, asking for me to join the parents and guardians orientation. And so, I just first attended the orientation before I went to the Church.
Finally, the orientation is finished and it is now time for me to go to the Church and it was already around 10:00 in the morning when I arrived but thank God for the event was just started.
The prayer of some of the Pastors had already started. We have lots of prayer concern to pray today not only for the feeding mission but in all areas from International, National, Local and even personal concerns. This is what we really had to do before our mission to happen.
When I arrived since it had already started with the prayer concerns, it means that the first speaker had already shared the Word of God and the first set of prayer concerns had already started.
I am glad for even though I was late, I still joined the first set of prayer concerns and was able to let the prayer to one of it, and I praise God for I know He will answer all of it.
That was around 12:00 noon when the first set of prayer concerns were ended, and now since today's event is a prayer and fasting, so we don't have lunch but instead we had to continue the second set.
Our speaker for the second set is my cousin and also my senior Pastor. He shared a Word of God that is very encouraging about Jesus had fed many people who just followed Him by just five bread and two fish. It was indeed a miracle that is also will happen to us if we truly believe in Him.
After the Word of God, we then continued the second set of prayer concerns, and definitely the last part. It was already around 2:00 in the afternoon when we finally ended our event today, and thank God for it was truly successful.
Since our prayer and fasting is finally finished, it is now time for our breaking period, and the host Church had prepared some foods for us to eat together.
They have prepared a soup for all of us, a good food after a prayer and fasting, as we need a food that is soft and at the same time it is good for it was hot. Aside from the soup, they have also some Bananas for us to eat, and that we were also full.
The last part of our event today is the distribution of blessings in which, we just thank and praise God also for we have a good and a giver sponsor in every time we have a feeding mission.
Aside from sponsoring for the feeding mission just like the foods the we need to cook during our feeding, they have also give and share their blessings to us Pastors who were part and member of the team feeding mission.
Every time we have feeding mission, it is also a time to us Pastors to receive a half sack of rice and a tray of eggs. We really thank and praise God for all of this, and we pray that God will bless our sponsor more.
Truly God is so amazing and good all the time for He always gives us blessings just like this as we continue serving Him with all our hearts. All this for His glory and honor alone.
