It seems like I exercised too early and got a still puffy face and slightly dark clouds. A very suitable morning for walking around enjoying the clean air without motorized vehicles that emit emissions and smoke that will disturb human lungs.
Seeing everything in the morning is enough to make my heart better. Giving thanks at every step because I am still given time to be able to wake up early, jog and have a delicious breakfast.
