*carne de res *zanahoria *papas *repollo *cebolla *pimenton
Step1//paso1
The first step is to chop the meat into strips, season them and cook with a little water. On the other hand, I chop the vegetables, starting by removing the shell and julienne cutting the carrots and potatoes. I put them in a previously heated pan and let them cook over low heat.
El primer paso es picar la carne en tiras condimentarlas y llevar a cocinar con un poco de agua, por otro lado pico los vegetales comienzo por quitarle la concha y picar en juliana la zanahoria y las papas , las llevo a una una sarten previamente calentado y dejo cocinar a fuego lento

When they are talking, I chop the onion and the paprika into julienne strips, add it and let it cook. When the meat is cooked to my liking, I also add a little soy sauce to the ham. Let it cook for 10 minutes and finely chop the cabbage and add it.
cuando estos esten hablandando pico la cebolla y el pimenton en juliana se lo agrego y dejo cocinar cuando la carne tenga la coccion que deseo tambien le aplico junto al jamon un poco de salsa de soya dejo cocinar 10 minutos y finamente pico el repollo y se lo agrego
